Your role

As a Machine Builder / Repair Technician, you will be based entirely in our workshop. Your role will involve building new machines, overhauling existing machines and carrying out maintenance and repair work. You will work closely with colleagues and contribute to high-quality machine construction.

What are you going to do?

Mechanical Engineering

• Assembling and erecting new machines and systems.
• Fitting mechanical, pneumatic and electrical components.
• Working to technical drawings and work instructions.Testing, adjusting and preparing machines for handover.
• Contributing ideas for technical improvements.

Repair and maintenance

• Carrying out repairs to machinery and machine parts.
• Overhauling existing machinery.
• Identifying and rectifying technical faults in the workshop.\
• Carrying out preventive maintenance.
• Replacing, adjusting and inspecting parts.
• Ensuring a tidy and safe working environment.

What are we looking for?

• Technical qualification or demonstrable technical work experience.
